The staff was professional when I called about my cancellation. They reassured me that everything would be fine when I arrived. The location seemed convenient, and the lobby had a pleasant ambiance.

However, my experience was marred by the unexpected cancellation of my room.

Large and comfortable rooms made for a pleasant stay, with convenient access to transportation and the city center. While I appreciated the great staff, cleanliness in the bathroom left something to be desired. Dining options could improve, with only basic offerings and no breakfast included, especially considering the price for a deluxe room.

My stay was lovely! I loved the comfy bed and the sparkling clean bathroom. Plus, the Nespresso machine was a delightful touch for my mornings. I would definitely come back!

I encountered several issues during my stay. The room felt outdated and poorly maintained. the decor was off-putting and the bathroom towels were threadbare. Breakfast could be better. while it sufficed, the selection felt mediocre for the price. Additionally, secure parking was available but at a cost of 15 euros per night, which felt steep.

The Deluxe Twin Room was comfortable and well-equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Loved the fitness center too! The location was super convenient, just a few minutes from the city center and Market Square. Breakfast included freshly baked goods and organic juices, making mornings great!
